SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the text-messaging (SMS/MMS) program operated by Mitchell White, a sole proprietor doing business as RealTeaCRM (“RealTeaCRM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and opting in as described below, you agree to these terms. They apply to messages you receive from us; they are not a contract for the RealTeaCRM software, and nothing here limits any right you have under applicable law.

Program description

RealTeaCRM is a real-estate practice operating as a sole proprietorship. When you opt in, we send you conversational and informational text messages related to your real-estate inquiry — for example appointment confirmations and reminders, property showing scheduling, listing updates, and follow-ups. We do not send you messages you did not ask for.

How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted — for example through a lead or contact form on realteacrm.com or mitchellwhiterealtor.com, by inquiring about a specific property listing, or by giving your number and consent verbally or in writing during a real-estate consultation. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and inquiries. We only message you when there is something relevant to your real-estate matter.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply.Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply to every message you send or receive. RealTeaCRM does not charge you for the messages themselves; check with your carrier about your plan.

How to stop

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Carriers and delivery

• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
• Supported carriers may change, and we may add or remove a carrier without notice.

Your privacy

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile phone numbers or the fact that you consented to text messaging with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Message content flows only through the messaging provider we use to operate the program (for example Twilio) to deliver it to you. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued participation in the program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
