RealTeaCRM against the CRM you are probably already paying for
Six comparisons, written to a rule: every fact about another company is quoted from their own website and dated, and everything else on the page is a claim about us — including the list of things we do not do.
RealTeaCRM vs BoldTrail
formerly kvCORE
BoldTrail is the platform most brokerages on the Gulf Coast are already quoted for, and it is a big, capable product.
Read the comparisonRealTeaCRM vs Lofty
formerly Chime
Lofty sells four packages and an AI assistant that will work leads for you.
Read the comparisonRealTeaCRM vs Follow Up Boss
Follow Up Boss is a very good follow-up CRM and it is honest about being one — it publishes its prices, which is more than most of this category does.
Read the comparisonRealTeaCRM vs HubSpot
HubSpot is a genuinely excellent general-purpose CRM.
Read the comparisonRealTeaCRM vs Wise Agent
Wise Agent is one of the few CRMs in this category that publishes a real price and lets you leave whenever you like, and it has been doing that for a long time.
Read the comparisonRealTeaCRM vs Real Geeks
Real Geeks sells an IDX website with a CRM attached and lead packages you can buy alongside it, and it publishes its prices — which makes this an unusually easy comparison to make honestly.
Read the comparisonWhat RealTeaCRM does not do
Here rather than only on the individual pages, so it is not something you have to click through to find.
- — RealTeaCRM is in beta. There are no customer counts, logos, case studies or reviews on this site because there are none to show yet.
- — There is no native iOS or Android app. It installs to your home screen as a web app and sends push notifications from there.
- — There is no built-in dialer. Tapping a number opens your phone’s dialer; there is no power dialing, call recording or smart numbers.
- — We do not sell leads and we do not run ad campaigns for you.
- — MLS coverage is per brokerage, not nationwide — you connect your own IDX feed, and Spark (Flexmls) is the supported adapter today.
- — There is no commission disbursement or accounting. Comp plans and GCI reporting exist; ledgers, QuickBooks sync and 1099s do not.
- — There is no e-signature. Compliance tracks which documents a file needs; nothing signs them.
How these pages are written
How do you decide what to say about a competitor?
Every factual claim about another product comes from that company’s own website, is quoted rather than paraphrased, and carries the date it was read. Those claims are limited to price and published plan structure. We never assert that a competitor lacks a feature — we have no way to verify that from outside their product.
Why do these pages list what RealTeaCRM cannot do?
Because a comparison written by one of the two vendors is assumed to be rigged, and usually is. The same list of limitations appears on every one of these pages: no native mobile app, no dialer, no paid lead generation, no e-signature, no back-office accounting, and MLS coverage that is per brokerage rather than nationwide.
What actually makes RealTeaCRM different?
Nothing outbound sends without a person approving it. Every text, email and social post is drafted and waits in a queue — there is one send path in the codebase and it runs after a human says go. Alongside that: you connect your own Twilio and sending domain, and the price is published rather than quoted.
A price on one of these pages is wrong. Will you fix it?
Yes, and quickly. Every claim shows its source and the date it was read, so a stale figure is visible rather than hidden. Send us the page and the correction through the contact form.
