For the solo agent

A real estate CRM for when you are the whole system

No assistant, no ISA, no one covering the phone. Lead capture, follow-up and deals in one place — and every message drafted for you, waiting on your approval before it sends.

The lead arrives while you are holding a lockbox

This is the actual problem, and it is a logistics problem rather than a discipline one. Nobody loses a lead because they do not care; they lose it because it landed at 4:40pm during a showing and by 6pm somebody else had answered. A system that drafts the reply the moment the lead lands means the answer is waiting when you next look at your phone.

Follow-up that does not depend on you remembering

The second contact is where most solo agents lose the deal, because the first one is easy to remember and the fifth one is not. Tasks and sequences carry the schedule so it survives a week where three closings move at once.

One place, not five tabs

Contacts, leads, pipeline, calendar and tasks in one workspace, with email and texting attached to the person rather than scattered across apps. RealTeaCRM keeps the deal and the conversation in the same record, so picking a client back up after two weeks does not start with archaeology.

You approve everything that leaves

The assistant drafts; you release. On your own book of business, with your own name on the message, that distinction is the whole difference between automation you use and automation you switch off after a week.

What you get on the Individual plan

Everything one agent needs to run their book. $49 a month, one seat included, up to 10,000 contacts.

  • CRM and contacts
  • Lead management
  • Pipeline
  • Calendar and tasks
  • Email integration
  • Core automations
  • Basic reporting

Texting, email outreach, AI assistance, social management and websites are separate add-ons rather than bundled allowances — you switch on only what you use, and you connect your own providers, so sending costs are paid to them and not marked up here.

Work out whether it pays for itself

Rather than argue the point, the arithmetic is on the site and free to use. The speed-to-lead calculator turns your response time into the closings a year it removes, holding your close rate constant so the whole difference is simply having the conversation. The lead calculator works backwards from an income goal to the leads it takes. If the numbers say the subscription does not pay, that is a real answer and worth knowing before you buy.

Common questions

What is the best CRM for a solo real estate agent?

The one you will actually open on a Tuesday afternoon between showings. For a single agent the deciding factors are usually how fast a new lead gets a reply, whether follow-up survives a busy week without you remembering it, and whether the monthly cost is justified by the deals it saves. Feature lists matter far less than whether the thing is in front of you at the moment a lead arrives.

How much does a real estate CRM cost for one agent?

RealTeaCRM's Individual plan is $49 a month and includes one seat and up to 10,000 contacts. Additional seats are $25 each. Messaging, AI assistance, social management and websites are separate optional add-ons, so the base subscription does not include sending costs — you connect your own providers and pay them directly.

Do I need a CRM if I only close a few deals a year?

Possibly not, and it is worth being honest about that. If you close four deals a year from people who already know you, a contacts app and a calendar will hold it together. A CRM starts paying when leads arrive from sources that do not know you — portals, ads, open houses — because those go cold in minutes and the failure is silent. Nobody tells you about the lead you did not answer.

Will an AI CRM send messages to my clients without me seeing them?

Not in RealTeaCRM. Every outbound action — SMS, email, AI voice call, social post — is drafted and held in an approval queue until a person releases it. That is enforced at a single code path rather than by a setting you could turn off by accident, and it is the reason the AI is usable on a real book of business rather than only on cold leads.

Can I bring my own phone number and email?

Yes. RealTeaCRM is bring-your-own-credentials: you connect your own Twilio number, your own sending domain and your own social accounts during onboarding. Messages go out under your identity, on your providers, and the deliverability reputation you build stays yours if you ever leave.

One agent, one system, nothing sending without you

RealTeaCRM is in beta, which is why there are no logos or review counts on this page. What there is instead: $49 a month, your own providers, and an approval queue between the software and your clients.
